Hour Burden: OMB currently approved hours for subpart J are 107,874; adjustment decrease -5,334, adjustment increase 3,000; program decrease -9, program increase 232,353 for a total proposed hours of 337,884. Cost Burden: Currently approved J is $2,369,4000. We plan to consolidate decommissioning fees from Q (1010-0142) totaling $417,000, which is an adjustment increase, into subpart J when rulemaking becomes effective, thereby making cost burden for J $2,786,400.
