Justification for Change
The Office of the Comptroller (OC) has an approved Financial Status Report (SF269A) with an expiration of 03/31/09. OC is requesting approval to use the olf SF269A that expired 01/31/06. New management preferred the old form over the currently approved form. All of the information collected on both forms are the same only the format is different. The annual reporting and record keeping hour burden has not changed. This form can be retrieved via internet http://grants.ojp.usdoj.gov.
