Attached is the PRA statement template that we need to use in the preamble to proposed regulations that impose collections of information solely on individual taxpayers in the context of 1040 series filings.

Glenn:  The reg at issue is 149856-03 (Personal Exemption Deduction for Depending Child of Separated Parents).  The OMB submission would be a "correction" of 1545-0074, not a regular submission.

Eric:  The reg package is now working it way back to you.
