FERC Form 580 collects information needed to comply with the requirements of Section 205(f) of the Federal Power Act for a review "not less frequently than every two years of practices... to insure efficient use of resources." The purpose of this infor- mation is to provide most of the data necessary to conduct the biennial review as mandated by law.
