Justification for a Change

The Introduction and Instructions for record keeping on the Dairy Product Prices questionnaires have been revised. This was done to inform respondents their reports are protected from public disclosure except as directed by the Secretary or the Attorney General for enforcement purposes to ensure compliance with the Dairy Product Mandatory Reporting program. In addition, each person required to report information on this survey, shall maintain, and make available to the Secretary on request, original contracts, agreements, receipts, and other records associated with the sale of qualified dairy products during the two-year period beginning on the date of the creation of the records.
