60 Day Federal Register Notice Correspondence
This is a duplication of effort and information already gained (or should have been gained by OSHA which has been in the business of going to industrial sites for years to determine whether these industrial sites have detrimental factors that cause injury and death for employees. why would you duplicate what they do (or should have been doing for the past over sixty years)?
i very much oppose two agencies doing the same thing.
one of you do it and get the other one out of it.
