In <<year>> you requested and received materials called NIDA Goes Back To School from the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), part of the National Institutes of Health. These science education materials address the treatment and prevention of drug abuse and addiction and are for use by students, teachers, parents, and other school and community personnel.
In an effort to assess and increase the effectiveness of the NGBTS materials, NIDA is conducting an important survey of individuals who requested drug awareness materials. Silber & Associates, an independent and nonpartisan research organization, is the contractor hired by NIDA to conduct the survey.
