  • Recruit for one and half hour with the expectation that the group will last an hour to an hour and a half.

According to registration records for the upcoming Los Angeles Benefits Conference, you are planning to attend the conference on January 24th and 25th 2008. Our internal records also indicate that you participated in the Voluntary Compliance program.

We would like to obtain feedback from you about how your experience was in general during your participation in the Voluntary Compliance program, what was easy, what was difficult and any other feedback that would help the IRS make improvements to this process.

On behalf of the Employee Plans Office of the IRS, we are recruiting for an upcoming focus group with individuals who participated in the Voluntary Compliance Program. The discussion will last approximately 60-90 minutes. Again, I want to reiterate that the group is being conducted by the IRS. We will not be asking you to provide specific information regarding your company or the outcome of your case. We simply will seek your perspective on your experience with the Voluntary Compliance program.


The focus group will be held on June 14, 2007 at 6:30pm after the last session of the Pre-Conference Los Angeles Benefits Conference.
