Form 8916-A Instructions attached to this package is not compatible to the 2007 revised version of the form. It is the older 2006 version. The 2007 draft copy of these instructions was not available at this time. However, the correct estimated average time is shown in markup format. Once the revised instructions are completed, the markup times shown on the attached instructions will be included and re-input in ROCIS.
