SUBJECT: Pretesting Messages and Materials for the Caring for Every Child’s Mental Health Campaign (OMB No. 0930-0196)


The attached materials are provided in support of our request for approval of a customer satisfaction feedback survey under SAMHSA’s generic approval for “Pretesting of Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment and Mental Health Services Communications Messages.”


This is the 1st submission under that approval and will impose an estimated annual average total burden of 297 hours, which would bring the total currently approved burden under this clearance to 8,993 hours. The current total burden hours in the OMB inventory for the Message Pretesting (OMB No. 0930-0196) is 9,290.
