YouthBuild grantees will collect and
report selected standardized information pertaining to customers in
YouthBuild programs for the purposes of general program oversight,

grantees with a YouthBuild management information system (MIS) to
use for collecting participant data and for preparing and
submitting the required quarterly reports.

request is occasioned by the statutory transfer of the Youthbuild

the U.S. Department of Labor, which has designed a level of
information collection which will align with ETA's common measures.
The reporting structure features standardized data collection for
program participants and quarterly progress and Management
Information System (MIS) report formats. All data collection and
reporting will be done by YouthBuild grantees.
