4 59.21 Purpose of subpart.
This s u b p a r t l i s t s actions t h a t m u s t

$59.22 Prerequisites for the sale of
flood insurance.

( a ) To qualify for flood insurance

$960.3, 60.4 and/or $60.5 of t h i s subchapter. This submission shall include
copies of angr zoning, building, and subdivision regulations, h e a l t h codes, special purpose ordinances (such a s a flood
plain ordinance, grading ordinance, or
flood-related erosion control ordinance), and a n y other corrective and
preventive measures enacted t o reduce
or prevent flood, mudslide (i.e., mudflow) or flood-related erosion damage;
(4) A l i s t of t h e incorporated communities within t h e applicant's boundaries;
(5) E s t i m a t e s relating t o t h e commun i t y a s a whole and t o t h e flood,
mudslide (i.e., mudflow) and flood-related erosion prone areas concerning:
(i) Population;
(ii) Number of one t o four family
residences;
(iii) Number of small businesses; and
(iv) Number of all other structures.
