Grants to colleges and universities to
help economically disadvantaged and minority students earn masters
degrees in community building fields must submit progress reports
semi-annually until their projects are complete. A final report is
also submitted.
Although the program has not
been funded since 2005, there are still a number of grantees that
have not completed their project and are submitting process reports
semi-annually and final reports. Therefore the collection of
information is still necessary to assist the Government Technical
Representative (GTR) to monitor the projects.
