you cant be serious. spending taxpayer dollars for
developing this kind of form. the mining industry
itself has probably developed such a form by now.
after all they have only been in business for one
hundred years. why this latecoming nonsense by cdc?
also insurance companies already have forms like this.
why is cdc doing this after the l00 year fact in
spending taxpayer dollars on this?
get one that has already been developed.
