Hello, I'm _____________ with Market Strategies, a market research firm, calling on behalf of CFI Group. We would like to ask you about your experiences with any products and services you received from the Internal Revenue Service. The purpose of the research is to help the IRS improve its product and services to taxpayers like you. Information from individual responses to this survey will be combined, and reported only at a group level. You may stop at any time or skip any question you do not wish to answer. This interview will take 8-10 minutes and is authorized by Office of Management and Budget Control No. 1505-0191.
