Other change: **

This form, HUD-52766, the Neighborhood Networks Sample Business Plan, was mistakenly omitted from the collection that was submitted to OMB on 2/15/2007 for the Resident Opportunities and Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) Program (OMB Control Number: 2577-0229). The HUD-52766 has always been included in prior submissions to OMB for the ROSS program. The Department is not making changes to the HUD-52766. The Department requests only that the expiration date of the form be extended so that it aligns with the new expiration date given to the ROSS forms. The new expiration date assigned by OMB is 5/31/2010.
