USDA Rural Development recently sent to your organization a survey regarding your understanding of the equal treatment principles as they relate to the funding application process.

If you have not yet responded, we hope that you will take a few minutes to complete the survey and return it in the postage-paid envelope that was provided.
The purpose of the survey is to measure nonprofit organizations’ understanding of equal treatment principles as they relate to the application process. Please know that this survey is voluntary and we would greatly appreciate each organization’s input as we continue to work to make the application process more open, transparent, and accessible by all organizations.
