Sample will include proportional representation of Hispanic women in South Florida: Caribbean (Cuban 50%, Puerto Rican 6%, other 5%) Central American and Mexican (21%), and South American (18%).

Edgecombe and Nash counties (two contiguous rural counties in eastern North Carolina)

Calhoun, Etowah, DeKalb, Chambers, Tallapoosa, Talladega counties (rural counties in northeastern Alabama)
