Other changes** OMB approved this form on 7/25/2006 and a non-substantive change 11/9/2006. HUD now wishes to issue a final rule, FR-5112-F-01, which will eliminate the requirement for applicants to pass a HUD test on FHA appraisal methods and reporting, because the test has become duplicative of the national criteria’s examination requirements and, therefore, unnecessary. HUD requests approval of this revised form that eliminates the former test questions. HUD anticipates an increased volume of respondents over near term and then a stabilized volume of respondents over long term.
