Instructions For FSA-849
EMERGENCY CONSERVATION PROGRAM HURRICANE GULF
OF MEXICO, POULTRY (ECPHGMP)
FSA-849
will be completed when a producer requests assistance under Practice
EC7-PH and will be used to determine the eligible amount of ECP
assistance when an insurance payment has been or will be made.
Producers
must complete FSA-849 when visiting the local FSA County Office.
