Purpose:

This is the first circulated draft of the 2007 Form 8853, Archer
MSAs and Long-Term Care Insurance Contracts. The major
changes are discussed below.

TPCC Meeting:

Instructions:

The 2007 Instructions for Form 8853 will be circulated at a later date.
