H-2A Petitions for Agricultural Workers

DIRECT MAIL INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERSONS
FILING FORM I-129
H-2A petitioners will continue to follow the evidentiary requirements set forth in the General Instructions. This
sheet solely modifies the instructions on where to file Form I-129 for H-2A Agricultural Workers.
The mailing address has changed for petitioners filing Form I-129, Petition for a Non-Immigrant Worker, under
H-2A Agricultural Worker categories:
1. For employers to petition for an alien to come to the United States temporarily to
perform services or labor as an H-2A nonimmigrant worker.
2. For employers to petition for an alien to request an extension of stay or change of
employment under the H-2A nonimmigrant category.
These employers must submit their Form I-129, and all supporting evidence to the California Service Center
address (whichever is applicable) listed below.
