Abstract: The industry requested that USDA issue livestock and meat trade reports for livestock, beef carcasses, boxed beef and pork cuts, calf, lamb, and meat by-products in making marketing decisions and as a guide to the amount of meat in the supply channel.

Short Statement: Since the last submission there is an adjustment increase in burden of 4,620 hours. Packers are now required to report their mandatory information to the branch. As a residual effect of this change, the packers are also providing the voluntary information resulting in the respondent increase.
