Interviews for Prescription Drug Module Redesign
The attached materials are provided in support of our request for approval of methodological field testing under SAMHSA’s generic approval for “National Survey on Drug Use and Health Methodological Field Tests.”
This is the fourth submission under that approval and will impose an estimated total burden of 92 hours. The remaining total burden hours in the OMB inventory for the Methodological Field Test (OMB No. 0930-0290) is 5,695. Approval is requested by November 26, 2010.
