SUBJECT: Methodological Field Test (OMB No. 0930-0290): 2009 NSDUH Cognitive Interviews for Youth Mental Health Services Utilization Questions
The attached materials are provided in support of our request for approval of methodological field testing under SAMHSA’s generic approval for “National Survey on Drug Use and Health Methodological Field Test.”
This is the second submission under that approval and will impose an estimated annual average total burden of 29 hours. The remaining total burden hours in the OMB inventory for the Methodological Field Test (OMB No. 0930-0290) is 6,051.75. Approval is requested by June 27, 2008.
