the e-mail addresses you enter in the boxes on this form. The owners of the e-mail addresses you enter in the
boxes below will need access to TAAPSLink v1 to actually view the tenders and award notices referred to in
these notifications. The boxes are limited to 120 characters including spaces. Please do not abbreviate e-mail
addresses, and be sure to separate each address with a comma and a space.
Award Notifications for Tenders Submitted via TAAPSLink v1, TAAPSLink v2, and Phone Bids
The e-mail addresses you enter in this box will be sent a message after each auction in which your organization
submits bids stating that your institution’s award notice is available in TAAPSLink v1 for printing and review. It is
the firm’s responsibility to review its award notice(s) for accuracy and call the listed phone number before the issue
day of the security if there is a problem with the information.

TAAPSLink v1. This message is in addition to the message that is sent to the person who actually submitted the

that has an oversight role for your organization.
