The NTSB Online Customer Satisfaction Survey will ask for voluntary feedback from the public regarding the NTSB public Web site. The Survey will solicit feedback on types of information that the Web site provides, ease of navigation of the Web site, presentation of information on the Web site, and suggestions for the types of information that the public would find helpful in the future. The NTSB will use the information that it gathers via this survey to amend and improve its public Web site.
This survey will NOT result in any program changes, but is mearly due to this being a new survey. The NTSB concluded that collecting information via a voluntary survey, such as the one at issue here, would greatly assist the NTSB in identifying the publicÂs expectations and needs.
