Abstract: The NTSB Online Customer Satisfaction Survey will ask for voluntary feedback from the public regarding the NTSB public Web site. The Survey will solicit feedback on types of information that the Web site provides, ease of navigation of the Web site, presentation of information on the Web site, and suggestions for the types of information that the public would find helpful in the future. The NTSB will use the information that it gathers via this survey to amend and improve its public Web site.

The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
