Subject line: Research Study Opportunity
We are asking people to be in a focus group study so we may hear your opinions about HIV testing. RTI, a research company in North Carolina, is doing the study. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention—or CDC—is sponsoring the research. The study will be held in [CITY] on [DATE].
We are interested in talking to people with all kinds of backgrounds. For example, we are recruiting people who are HIV positive and HIV negative and those who have and have not been tested.
If you are eligible and you choose to be in the study, all of the information you share will be kept private. The focus group will last up to 2 hours. We will reimburse you for your time and effort.
If you are interested, please call us at [INSERT #] to see if you are eligible.
