(6) Number of Collections: The ICR contains six information and/or recordkeeping requirements.
How items are collected: Except for the Radiation Protection Plans, which are submitted to DOE Headquarters every time 10 CFR 835 is amended (approximately every 8 years); no information is collected from the sites. The information is recorded at the site and kept there for use by appraisal personnel or for their own purposes.
Explanation of Table: The data in this table is based on estimates for 5 facilities. These were not queried during the last 3-year period.
