Before
resubmittal of this ICR for renewal, the Agency should reassess
estimates of burden taking into account changes in the count of
total respondents, changes in the count of the subset of
respondents facing higher burden activities such as demonstration
activities, and any updated estimates available for the burden per
respondent estimated to be required for the preparation of State
Implementation Plans. The Agency should also confirm that changes
in related reporting requirements are reflected in burden estimate
updates in the request for renewal of this collection, including
but not limited to those identified in section 3(a) in the
discussion of duplication.
