The OPIC-52 is the form used by OPIC
to determine the investor's and project's eligibility for political
risk insurance; assess the environmental impact and developmental
effects of the project; measure the economic effects for the U.S.
and host country.
Improved data processing and
management information systems enable OPIC to reduce the burden of
tracking and analyzing the information collected on these
applications. OPIC has automated the application process to enable
applicants to submit the information electronically to minimize the
burden and reduce expenses to applicants.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
