Attachment 1 – Advertisement/flyer Parents Wanted for Research Study The National Center for Health Statistics is looking for parents with children 4-17 years of age to test questions that may be used on a national survey. We would like to talk to you if your child has difficulties in any of the following areas: emotions, concentration, behavior, being able to get along with other people. The interview will be no longer than 60 minutes and participants will receive $40.
