• Reports were made from 5 of 9 facilities; the number of reports ranged from 1 to 10

• Twenty-five respondents made statements

  • 19 alleged that they were harmed or threatened

    • 8 by staff

    • 10 by youth

    • 1 by staff and youth

  • 3 alleged that others were harmed or threatened

  • No detail was recorded on the remaining 3 cases

Requests for counseling services

• Twenty-two youth asked for counseling services

  • 17 from an outside counselor

  • 3 from a facility counselor

  • 2 from both types
