Please supply the number of pelts taken from the 2005 crop and females bred for 2006. This survey has the support and backing of the mink industry. Your data will be kept confidential and used to prepare State and National estimates to be published in the July 14th Mink Report.

Response to this survey is voluntary and not required by law, but your cooperation is very important in developing accurate estimates. Please return your report in the enclosed envelope. We need your report even though you may have no mink at this time. Thanks for your report.

INSTRUCTIONS: Include pelts taken from the 2005 crop and females bred to produce kits in 2006. While there are many other color class mutations and trade names, the following basic color classes have been adopted by the mink industry for this survey. Please read all the descriptions and report under the color that most nearly fits your pelts and females. Enter the number of females bred in the color class of the expected pelt color of the kits to be produced.
