On the continuation or termination of Marketing Order No. 983, regulating the handling of pistachios grown in

California, you are provided this opportunity to cast a ballot.


Pursuant to the resolution(s) adopted by the Board of Directors of ________________________________, a

cooperative association of producers, bona fide engaged in marketing pistachios grown in California, or rendering

services for, or advancing the interests of producers of pistachios, the following is submitted:


1. Those producers who, on the date this ballot is cast, are members of, stockholders in, or under contract with said association, produced, during the 20XX season, the following quantities of pistachios:

The attached summary of the proposed amendment of the order is hereby made a part of this ballot.
