The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Public Health Information Coalition are gathering opinions of public health workers regarding a set of messages about radiological emergencies through a survey of public health workers in six states.
We in STATE are pleased to cooperate with CDC and NPHIC and have agreed to participate. We would greatly appreciate your assistance with this important evaluation.
