Short Statement: There is no change in the public reporting burden. However, because we were not able to show the 300 respondents who fill out the entire form (including question #6) on the same IC as the 29,700 respondents who complete all the sections except for question #6, we needed to create a second IC to accommodate the difference in burden for those 300 respondents. Prior to ROCIS we did not have two ICs.
