The XBRL Voluntary Program
Questionaire consists mainly of questions based on the respondent's
experience with submitting eXtensible Business Reporting Language
("XBRL") tagged data to the Commission on a voluntary basis as a
supplemental exhibit to specified filings under the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934 [15 U.S.C. 78a et seq.] and Investment Company
Act of 1940 [15 U.S.C. 80a-1 et seq.).
The questionnaire would be a
new collection of information and, as a result, create a new
burden. In this regard, we estimate that 80 issuers each would
respond once and need four hours to do so for a total burden of 320
hours.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding
the proposed collection of information, that the certification
covers:
(i) Why the information is being collected;
(ii) Use of information;
(iii) Burden estimate;
(iv) Nature of response (voluntary, required for a
