Interview Protocol for Teachers to be used during Telephone Interviews


Topics of interviews to be determined after analysis of survey data. Questions presented here are comprehensive list of possible topics.



Teacher Interview Protocol:


Please describe your teaching experience and educational background prior to participating in GK-12.


What kinds of K-12 professional development experiences have you had prior to GK-12?


Why did you become involved in GK-12?


How did the Fellow’s teaching evolve over the course of the Fellowship?


How did your communication and collaboration with the Fellow evolve over the course of the Fellowship?


How would you describe the benefits of working with a GK-12 Fellow?


How would you describe the drawbacks or negative aspects of working with a GK-12 Fellow?


Did GK-12 influence your decision to take on any leadership positions such as mentoring or department chair you have undertaken during (of after) GK-12?


How do you see GK-12 influencing/having influenced your students?
