Other change** OMB approved this collection on 03/20/2008. However, the forms that were approved did not include minor changes that are needed based on comments received from the National Council of Higher Education Loan Programs (NCHELP) during the 30-day public comment period. Comments were also received from Texas Guaranteed (TG), but the U.S. Department of Education is making no changes to the forms based on those comments. The changes to the forms that were approved on 03/20/2008 are explained in a document accompanying this 83-C that shows the comments from NCHELP and the Department’s responses. A separate document showing the comments from TG and the Department’s response is also included.
