Explanation Document for the Extension Filing Date for 2008 Annual Leased Access Report
On April 30, 2008, the Commission extended the filing date for the 2008 annual leased access report.1 The Commission wanted to make OMB aware of the filing date for the annual report for 2008 is extended to July 15, 2008 to permit review and approval of the information collection requirements contained in 3060-0568. After 2008, cable systems must submit the annual reports to the Commission by April 30th following the close of each calendar year.
