Use this form to report the transfer from one handler to
another of any quantity of olives which have been received and
subjected to incoming inspection (weighed, sampled, and sizcgraded) but have not had final inspection after processing by the
Outgoing Inspection Service.
This form may also be used for transferring disposition credit
from the receiving handler to the transferring handler to satisfy
the transferring handler's undersize and limited and cull
obligation incuITed, as reported on this form (See Item 5).
