60 day 07 07 bl commercial fishermen
a lot of these issues we already know. we know that commercial fishermen dont like to wear them. why
dont we turn this project over to a manufacturer of commercial floatating devices to do instead of
spending american tax dollars on this. why are we spending us tax dollars for this when a manufcturer
profiteer can probebly do a better job. the costs to do this by a us govt agency will cost far far more
than allowing a private company to do this - just give them the idea and let them run with it. then the
outcome can be evaluated by taxpayers, rather than taxpayers paying for this stage of development. i
am sure there are personal flotation device mfrs that would love to make the money from this kind of
development.
