For this action the information and reports covered are: Proposals, Invoices, Property Reports, Patent and New Technology Reports, Performance Reports, Changes and miscellaneous recordkeeping. The only items where there is a prescribed “form” for the collection instrument are the property reports and the Patent and New Technology Reports. These can be found on the web at http://invention.nasa.gov and http://www.hq.nasa.gov/office/procurement/regs/nf1018.pdf. (A copy of NF1018 is attached.) For the balance of the items (invoices, recordkeeping, etc.) there are no prescribed forms.
