Annual Survey for MSP Start Participants

The National Science Foundation (NSF) is collecting annual information about each of its Math and Science Partnership (MSP) projects. The purpose is to assess the overall implementation of the MSP program and to monitor the progress of individual MSP grants.

This form is designed to obtain information from each STEM and education faculty member and administrator who has participated in the MSP Start program. For the purposes of this collection, this includes any STEM or Education faculty member or administrator who was (1) directly supported by the MSP grant, and/or (2) directly participated in the development or implementation of MSP-related activities.
