This collection
is approved for one year so that the agency may have the
opportunity to correct errors in this submission. The agency
reported that no small entities responded to this collection. The
agency reported that 70% of respondents responded electronically to
forms identified as paper only. The agency did not provide cites to
the regulatory authority relevant to this collection. In addition,
the agency should separate this submission into multiple
information collections so as to better describe the burden imposed
on small businesses vs. burden imposed on the sureties.
