2008 Supplemental Agricultural Disaster Assistance Buy-In for Insurable and Noninsurable Crops

2008 SUPPLEMENTAL AGRICULTURAL DISASTER ASSISTANCE BUY-IN FOR NONINSURABLE CROPS

CCC-753 allows producers that did not purchase NAP coverage for 2008 to be eligible for 2008 Supplemental Agricultural Disaster Assistance program payments. Producers pay a buy-in fee of $100 per crop per county; or $300 per producer per county; not to exceed a total of $900 per producer. The buy-in fee is non-refundable and due at the time a producer files form CCC-753 at their county office. The buy-in fee waives the crop insurance or NAP coverage requirement. It does not provide coverage for the 2008 crop year.

Producers submit an original, signed and dated copy of CCC-753 to their county FSA office when applying for 2008 Supplemental Agricultural Disaster Assistance programs payments. The deadline for submitting CCC-753 will be determined. Please contact your county office.
