one person should be able to accumulate this data. one employee only. this is not rocket science. we have computer to help in data collection. what is happening that you collect this data and the public never gets it. it is clear the public has spent billions on this program with the cdc to date and to date has no clear data available. what kind of garbage management is going on at cdc - too many conferences to go to with prostitutes giving lectures. i make the l00 page report on cdcs' abysmal management part of my comment here.

i think this agency needs real straightening out. it is not accomplishing for the american taxpayer/citizen these days.
