Short Statement: The agency has reviewed the anticipated number of applicants and the forms and has streamlined the collection to reduce burden. The use of a quarterly progress report and an annual supplement reduces the amount of information needed to be collected on a quarterly basis while ensuring the agency has timely information to manage projects.
