Justification for change to language on OIEA Questionnaire Form
We are seeking to change one of the questions in our Questionnaire Form to clarify how investors should respond to it. Specifically, we hope to limit the scope of possible responses from investors. Because the current question is open-ended, investors have written us regarding non-securities related matters. With the change in language, we hope investors will ask questions that relate only to the federal securities laws.
